S. Korean PM Lee: Gov't to seek more money to nurture materials industry amid Japan's export curbs

South Korean Prime Minister (PM) Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon was on the wires last minutes, via Yonhap, noting that the government will propose additional funding to boost South Korea's industrial materials production, in the face of a recent trade dispute with Japan.

Lee said: "(The government) plans to ask the National Assembly (to approve) the additional funding necessary for that in the extra budget this time."
