Germany's Maas: We need to talk about reopening the Brexit accord

In an interview with public broadcaster ZDF late-Thursday, Germany’s Foreign Minister Heiko Maas noted that he thinks there should be a discussion about reopening the draft Brexit deal, but only if all EU countries agreed with it.
