Canada's Freeland: ad hominem attacks by the White House are not helpful

Canada's Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland said the ad hominem attacks by the White House are not helpful and reiterated that Canada will retaliate ina measured and a reciprocal way to any tariffs.
