Greek FinMin: Agreement is 'big step forward' to what was on table at last eurogroup meeting

Following the decision by euro zone finance ministers to disburse additional bailout cash, Greek Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos told Reuters that it was a big step forward from what was on the table at the last Eurogroup meeting and that it gives much greater clarity to the markets and the Greek people.
