US: Current Account deficit shrinks to $94.84 bn in Q3

FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The US trade deficit narrowed in the third quarter, hitting the lowest level since 2009, the Commerce Department reported.

The US Current Account deficit fell to $94.84 billion from $96.61 billion (revised from $98.89 billion previously estimated) during the third quarter.

EUR/USD jumps after US inflation data

The Euro has reacted to the upside against the US dollar following the small advance in the annual inflation from 1.0% in October to the 1.2% in November. CPI showed a lower than expected increase in November and it remains far from 2.0% Federal Reserve target.
