USD/CHF retreats below 0.9200

FXStreet (Córdoba) - USD/CHF reversed and dropped back below 0.9200 amid a slide of the US dollar across the board.

USD/CHF capped by 0.9250

The pair rallied during the European session and peaked at 0.9254, the strongest level in two days, but the area around 0.9250 capped the decline. USD/CHF lost momentum and then turned sharply to the downside after the relase of data from the United States, that pointed toward a deceleration in economic activity.

During the last hours it trimmed gains and dropped to 0.9150. Currently trades at 0.9165/70, up 0.55% for the day. The Swissy is headed toward the third weekly gain in a row against the dollar.
